This is not GF Certified. Although special care is taken when preparing these cookies (i.e. making them as the first batch of my day, using clean kitchen tools), the complete absence of wheat products cannot be guaranteed.

Biscotti are approx. 4" in length and 0.8-1.2 oz each.
